Q: Is there a height, weight or age requirement? A: While we do have a 48" height requirement for Jump Island, there is no age requirement or weight limit. Kids and adults of all ages and sizes are welcome.
Q: Do adults go on the Island? A: Yes! More often than not, adults enjoy it more than the kids because Jump Island provides the space for adults to let their inner child shine!
Q: Do I need to make a reservation? A: No, reservations are not required. However, they are highly recommended as Jump Island has a capacity and if that capacity is hit, we cannot accept any walk-ins.
Q: What happens if it rains? A: If there is inclement weather, such as lighting, heavy wind or hail, Jump Island takes a brief weather break and waits for it to pass. If it does not pass, then you will be credited the time you will miss in the form of a voucher to come back. If it is just raining, Jump Island operates per usual. You are already going to be wet!
Q: Can I get a refund? A: Unfortunately, Jump Island does not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to get you vouchers to come back another time!
Q: Are there any rules I need to know about? A: Yes! We have a few important rules that everyone must follow for the safety of all participants.
You must wear a life jacket at all times.
No diving, flipping or swimming under any equipment.
No swearing or rough housing (this includes adults!)
You must use all equipment as designed (ex: No jumping off the side of the slides)
Some pieces of equipment have capacity rules and that will be gone over before your session starts.
Q: How does it work? A: All of our sessions start between the hour mark and 5 minutes after. This allows us time to go over all of the rules. Once the session starts (when we say GO!), the timer starts and you get 45 minutes on the equipment. When time is up, everyone is called off of the equipment. This allows staff to do a safety check on all of the equipment as well as life jackets. When the next session is about to start, an announcement will be made and this process will repeat all day!
Q: I have an All Day Pass or a VIP pass. Can't I just stay on the equipment? Why do I have to get off in between sessions? A: Everyone must get off of the equipment between each session. If people are still on the equipment, no safety checks can be performed. You will be allowed back on for the next session.
Q: Can I get kicked off? A: Yes. Jump Island reserves the right to remove any Jumper who is not following the rules and is becoming a safety risk to other Jumpers. You will be given a warning beforehand. If you don't improve your behavior, you will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given in this instance. All removals are at managements discretion.
Q: Do you serve food? A: Yes! We have a full grill, with hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. We also serve ice cream, candy, fruit, pop, water and more!
Q: Do you just take cash? A: No, we accept cash and card.
Q: What is there for parents/non-jumpers to do? A: Jump Island is located at a State Beach. Anyone not using Jump Island is welcome to take advantage of the many amenities the beach offers, including a large beach area with open swimming, volleyball, horseshoes, trails, etc.
Q: Do you do private parties? A: Yes we do! Please contact us directly to learn more about pricing.
Q: Are life jackets required for everyone? A: Yes! Jump Island provides them, or you are welcome to bring your own as long as it is Coast Guard approved.
Q: My question isn't here, help! A: Please give us a call or email us and we will answer any other questions you may have!
Q: Do you do large group discounts? A: Yes, call us today for more information!
